People Management and Supervisory Skills Seminar

This workshop is designed for delegates who have little management experience and for those who have experience but less in the way of formal training. The workshop focuses on several key areas, which provide delegates with the opportunity to develop the skills, and knowledge needed to effectively manage people. Delegates will learn how to adapt their supervisory style, build and motivate their team. The participants will learn the following:

• Adapt communication and management style to suit individual situations.
