Employee Mental Health, Motivation and Teamwork Seminar

Mental health problems are the hidden struggle, less obvious than physical injury or sickness and often overlooked by managers and company leaders. Mental health challenges are now the norm among employees across all organizational levels. The reality is that work is good for mental health, but a negative working environment can lead to physical and mental health problems. The seminar will address several issues including:

• Develop plans for more effective team motivation including making allowances for different personality types.
• Identify specific challenges of workplace motivation
• learn how to address them.
• Understand mental health challenges and the effect on work performance.
• Appreciate the need to maintain workplace wellness and positive mentality to work.
