Tax Compliance, Audit and Financial Reporting Workshop

The course aims to provide a breath of knowledge including public sector financial performance, budget construction, cost control, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), emerging tax related issues and ethical considerations in financial reporting. In addition is the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) in relation to taxation. It will equip the delegates with key tax governance framework, with an emphasis on:
Tax Risk Portfolio Management.
Conducting tax health checks/ Internal tax audits.
Developing a tax register.
Develop a tax policy.
Tax training to the process owners.
Adoption of IPSAs.
Tax disclosures in IFRS & Financial Reporting Framework
