Ms. CarazonMumbi is an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that she undertakes. As a holder of a postgraduate degree with more than four years’ experience in management and training, she is excellent in working with others to achieve specified objectives on time and with excellence. In her current role, she trains and nurtures with the aim to produce a highly competent team to serve our clients. In her previous roles, she have improved the performance, operations and productivity of her teams. She has worked in Lead positions in Sales and Marketing with leading corporate organizations the likes of ICEA LION Group as a Unit manager, Annerine Logistics as Business development manager, Nation media group as regional sales and Logistics executive and as a Marketing Representative with the Kenya Airports Authority. These gave her hands-on experience in the field of Customer Service Experience which is a powerful resource in our training.

Ms. Crazon has a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion. she possesses excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. She enjoys overcoming challenges and has a genuine interest in making organizations successful.
